BVA NEWS
The BVA has been able to collect from delinquent accounts owed in 2019 for a total of $27,678.19. In 2020, $24,083.68 was collected.
There are thirty(30) payment plans completed and a further eighteen (18) that are ongoing.
Currently there are a number of addresses suspended from garbage collection, access to the community halls and the inability to vote on HOA matters due to their poor standing with overdue accounts.
